It is made of high quality Crepe Chiffon fabric and looks 10 times more beautiful in person.

The waist is a "one size fits all" with an elastic band. It can fit from a 24" waist to a 40" waist. It measures approx 35" long.

A nice looking skirt that performs well.  Material is light and moves well with the body.  You have to wear something (eg. short tight shorts) under the skirt because when you turn the slits up the sides are very revealing.  But overall I really like the skirt. So do others; they always comment favorably on it.  Thanks.
